ZVÂC and Moringa School: Career Coaching That Continues Between Sessions

The hardest part of a job search often happens between coaching sessions. You've had the conversation, but now you have to choose a direction, turn feedback into a better CV, prepare for an interview, and keep going when nobody replies.
We're beginning a collaboration with Moringa School to support its Jobs Clubs with ZVÂC. The goal is not to replace a coach. It's to give graduates useful tools between conversations and help Moringa's coaching team build a more continuous, structured journey around the work they already do.
How the Jobs Clubs work
Moringa School's Jobs Clubs bring graduates together for a six-month career-support journey. Members work with an assigned coach in one-to-one sessions, meet in small peer groups for accountability, and check in on their progress each month. Career Services leads the programme, including employer opportunities, group sessions, and the review of members' progress.
That human structure matters. A tool can help someone prepare for a conversation or act on advice afterwards; it cannot know their circumstances as well as the people working with them.
Where ZVÂC fits
Jobs Club members can use ZVÂC's standard career-navigation capabilities throughout that journey:
- Know: map skills, explore possible career paths, and identify a direction and development plan.
- Unblock: talk through uncertainty with AI career guidance, then bring the questions that matter back to a coach.
- Translate: turn experience into clearer CVs, LinkedIn profiles, cover letters, and interview answers; decode job descriptions before applying.
- Grow: work toward a development plan, reflect on progress, and explore relevant opportunities.
The tools are most valuable when they connect to a real coaching loop. A graduate can arrive at a one-to-one session with a clearer goal or a draft CV. A coach can challenge an assumption, provide context, and agree on a concrete next step. The graduate can then keep working on it in ZVÂC before the next meeting.
Supporting the coaching process, not replacing it
Moringa's Jobs Clubs also include monthly member check-ins covering goals, applications, interviews, challenges, and the support each person needs. Those self-reported check-ins are the programme's primary progress record; activity in ZVÂC can support the conversation around them, not stand in for them.
As Moringa develops its Jobs Clubs, this is the work we're excited to support: making it easier to connect career exploration, practical applications, peer accountability, and human coaching over time. We'll learn from the programme as it unfolds, rather than claim outcomes before they've happened.
Graduates bring the effort. Moringa brings the community and coaching structure. ZVÂC helps make the space between sessions more useful.
